■ Kendall can catches on to things quickly. It'll takes a couple of tries to fully understand what she learning, but she'll get the hang of it. She only learned how to do two thing during the Apocalypse: she's not exceptional shooter, but she learned how to shoot a gun and how to build a fire.

■ strength: Kendall can handle a few household heavy things, but if you ask her to hold a full grown human, she can't.
stamina:When you have a baby strapped to your chest, you teach yourself to run or jog for a long period of time. Plus, since Kendall arrived to New Haven, she started running around the neighborhood.
agility: Kendall is pretty quick on her feet and quick with decisions making also.
resourcefulness: She picks up on things quickly and without much difficulty, and always tries to find alternatives for situations.

■ Kendall grew up in Maryland with one brother. Her parents divorced when she was eight. Kendall remembers being at her grandmother's house for a long period time, almost a year, because her mom and dad was having "problems". Kendall and her brother later founded out that their dad beaten on their mom in a drunken rage. Kendall was shocked, because her dad was an a fireman, a hero, but that soon went out the door when she heard the news. When her mom came to retrieve them, they went back to Maryland but in a new town. Kendall's mom was worried that they'll be upset but it didn't faze her and her brother. When they arrived, Kendall and her brother had no problems fitting in the schools and in the neighborhoods. Eventually her mom re-married and her biological dad started going to AA meetings.

Kendall have always had a liking to reading and writing. She would always make up her own stories and always shared them with her family or friends. Kendall's mom would put Kendall in a program where she would read to elementary school kids.

Her high school years was pretty normal. She was like any normal teenager; getting in trouble, sneaking out, participating in school activities, and preparing for graduation and colleges. Kendall had a boyfriend who was her first everything, but they had to break it off because they were going to different colleges. Kendall moved to Washington D.C. to go to Georgetown University to become a psychologist. She lived in apartment by the school and worked at as. Kendall can say she had a simple life with a few bumps on the road.

■Kendall ignored the rumors about the outbreak at first. When she would arrive at school, everybody was talking about it. The next week, waking up to a new day, her neighbor knocked on her door to tell her that the military was keeping them on their floor because someone on the floor above them claimed to be infected and they needed to evacuate the building. Two of the military men escorted them out the building into their cars, giving them instructions were to go. Kendall wished her neighbor good luck, and till this day Kendall wished she never said that. Kendall tried to call all her brother and her parents but no would answer. So, she started driving back to her hometown.

She had to take a back way, because everyone and their mother was going the same way. But, she was stopped by a man, she thought he needed help, but he dragged her out her car and drove off, leaving Kendall alone in the middle of the street. Out of shock, she kept walking for hours and hours hoping she would get there to help her parents. Eventually someone picked her up, but they weren't heading to where she needed to go. She begged and plead them, but they convinced Kendall that they needed to find safety and her family was probably safe.. The first night of the apocalypse she cried, because she knew it was a lie.

Fast forward to a month later, Kendall was alone. Kendall never felt so useless to the world before . For that first year, she just hid. She mostly hid in apartments and houses, and when she needs to, she'll go out for food. For entertainment, she reads and writes silly stories or read books she'll find around the house.She'll leave the area if she sees more than two zombies. The weapon she'd carried was a kitchen knife wrapped around with doubled duct tape on a broom stick and a metal baseball bat. Kendall had to teach herself how to become stealth and quick with every decision she made.It was pretty lonely, but strangely it made her stronger.

Kendall found a group during the second year of the apocalypse. It was a family of seven people: a mom, dad, two sons, the mom’s sister, and a daughter and her husband. The daughter was five months pregnant when Kendall met her. The family was looking for a house to settle in for the daughter and Kendall tagged along with them. She wouldn't say they treated her like family, but they had her back when she needed it. The two boys taught her how to use a gun and to build a fire for the first time. She helped out with the daughter a lot, keeping her company when everyone else was doing their own thing. The daughter was a nice girl and her Kendall became actual close to each other. It was mellow and calm about a couple months, until the daughter went into labor. It was a genuinely chaotic day for the group, but the birthing of her baby was successful. The mother named the baby girl Aubrey, after their grandmother.


Aubrey was a crier, she could cried the whole night if she wanted. They even had to do night shifts to make sure she wouldn't attract the infected. The family started acting a little strange. They started leaving Kendall out of conversations and they would always fight, but when Kendall would ask about it, they would always brush it off. One night, it was just the women in the house, and it was deadly quiet. The men came back and they brought back alot of things for Aubrey like: baby clothes, bottles and formula, and diapers that they founded in a store. The daughter had no excitement or thankfulness, she just left out the room. The next morning, she was awaken to the sound of Aubrey's crying. Kendall drifted back to sleep, usually someone would take care of her, but she wouldn't stop crying, so Kendall went to check on her to find that all the mother bags were gone. She rushed downstairs to find nobody there. Kendall was pissed.

Kendall couldn't believe the mother would leave her beautiful newborn in a world like this. Maybe they thought Aubrey would slow them down or get them killed. Well, Kendall wasn't going to leave this baby alone . Kendall, at first, was very nervous about taking her out the house, but, she had to suck it up, wrapped Aubrey around her chest with a torn sheet, and keep it pushing. It was hard carrying a child with you everywhere you go, because you couldn't make to many risk and extra weight. She learned how to be quicker and smarter about choices, because she didn't want Aubrey's blood on her hands. Kendall eventually found a place she can settle down. Kendall didn't know much about raising a child, but she was willing to try her best. She tried to do normal things like: read to her, play with her, she taught her how to walk and talk. After while, Aubrey felt like her child and realize that she will do anything for Aubrey. She had routine:Aubrey ready for the morning, read to her, get ready to make sure no infected was around the place, comeback, play with Aubrey, get ready for the night, and repeat. One day, Kendall was approached by a group a people who talked about a somewhere safer called, New Haven. Kendall didn't believe them at first, but it was a risk and she took it for Aubrey. Arriving to New Haven was like a breath of fresh air. The whole time going she was holding her breath, but now she can exhale, relax, and raise Aubrey in a safe environment .
