Personality;Toko is an odd person to judge. While he cares for his home of Iwagakure greatly he has chosen to remain apart of it. He seems to switch between degrees of seriousness and Sarcasms with ease, joking one minute and dutifully stoic the next. Mostly however there seems to be a general sadness about him, as if he had accepted his fate to be alone for the greater good. Though he keeps up a serous or jokiing facade, he sometimes lets slip his real feelings of loneliness.
Biography;

Toko was raised in Otogakure from a very young age by his parents, Yuki and Hiro Akumu, a pair of scientists working for an man named Franken Stein. Not wishing their child to be victim to the man's cruel experiments like so many other children in the village had been, they secretly contacted the Tsuchikage of Iwagakure, trying to seek asylum. They were told that a Special Shinobi would be sent to a meeting place but as fate would have it, Stein became aware of their plans and captured Toko before the two had even begun their escape. Secreting the boy to one of his hidden labs, Stein began experimenting on the child, having recently taken a new interest in Elemental chakra. He binded Toko's soul with a special clay. This not only gave Toko control over the clay, but it acts as a collector, gathering and storing energy slowly over time to be used as Toko needs it.
Fearing for the life of their child, Hiro and Yiko mounted a desperate rescue. With the help of the Iwagakure Shinobi, Kal they stormed the laboratory and attempted to rescue the child. They were however, horrified to find that to power the binding, Stein had sacrificed 3 of Toko's limbs, his right arm, and both his legs. Cornered by Stein, the two fought desperately to buy Kal the time to escape with Toko, giving their lives in the effort.
Kal took Toko to Iwagakure and raised the child as his own with his two children, who were a year younger than Toko. Years passed and Toko learned to control his powers well enough to created artificial legs of clay along with the ability to change his appearance at will. The three grew up together and formed a ninja team upon graduation from the Shinobi academy.

After several years of serving the Village however, the effects Sarken's experimentation on Toko began resurface in for form of an increase in Toko's power, however with the increased power came mental instability. When Toko combines his normal chakra with the clay chakra he can use his power normally, however when his chakra runs low and he is forced to use only clay energy to fight the sinister energy can quickly corrupt his mind. Fearing hurting his own village and the people he loved he fled the village, earning him a missing-nin rank. He considered himself neutral in the war. He loves his home village dearly enough to exile himself and risk death at the hands of his own country men to protect it.

Nendoshitsu (Clay Art) S-rank - Artificial Kekkei Genkai - Ninjutsu

Not to be confused with the ability of Deidara of the Akatsuki, Nendoshitsu is an artificially created by Sarken in researching the bounds if Elemental Chakra. A limb is severed and the cut nerves are linked with special seals to a specially treated clay. Originally gray in color the clay acts like a chakra battery, constantly leeching chakra from the surrounding area, storing it in the clay for later use. As it absorbs chakra it takes on a dark red color, it also gains a number of unique properties. The most dramatic ability is telekinetic control over the clay, with a guided thought the clay will change shape, texture, color, density and hardness. The amount of clay is constant but it can be compressed to take up less space. If destroyed or lost it takes several days to create more clay. The Clay can spread over Toko's whole body, an normally he is covered by a thin layer of it, using its abilities to alter his appearance. It can be used to form cloths weapons and other items as needed. As loosing a limb is a requirement for this power, clay is used as a prosthetic. The rate of chakra absorption can be increased to extreme levels, draining chakra from the area at a rate fatal for most small lifeforms. At even higher levels it can be used to drain chakra from enemies.

Chikadou no Jutsu (Subterranean Tunnel Technique) D - Ninjutsu

[ram] A very simple jutsu that lets the user travel underground. While underground the user is Blind and must rely on other means to discern their location. This jutsu can be used to avoid attacks and to travel unnoticed.

Kansei Kuikorosu no Jutsu (Devouring Pitfall Technique) B - Ninjutsu

A Medium level Jutsu that destroys the ground under his target when he is under them. This causes the target to fall toward the waiting Toko and what ever attack he has planed.

Tasogare no Buringā (Bringer of the Twilight) S Rank, Forbidden [No Seal]

Toko forcibly increases the rate at which his clay absorbs chakra in the area, This both recharges his stamina and provides a large boost in his total chakra available. However this increased rate tends to be fatal to smaller forms of life, killing them by completely draining them of there chakra. This can also be used to absorb energy attacks, neutralizing them. They simply lost the strength to keep their hearts beating. At high rates of absorption this also has the power to drain chakra from enemies, wisps of their chakra drifting from their bodies to Toko's clay. After Toko first used this ability in his chunin exam he was forbidden from using it again by the Tsuchikage. Now that he has left he is no longer bound by that order.


Yoake no Hakobi-shu (Bringer of the Dawn) A Rank, [No Seal]

After studying the Reioni menacing ball attack used by Fuyu Okami, Toko has devoped a new jutsu based on the attack. By gathering chakra from the area with Tasogare no Buringā, Toko focuses the energy into his palm into fires a blast of concentrated Earth chakra from his right palm.


Soratoon: Saigo no yoake (Void Release: Last Dawn) S Rank, [No Seal]

One of the most destructive of Toko's abilites, This jutsu uses the purest form of the Tasogare no Buringā to gather vast amounts of Chakra at once, more than the Clay could possibly absorb. The Chakra builds to a critical level then explodes outwards in a cylinder like explosion destroying a large area of whatever was around the user. The size and magnitude of the explosion is of significant size to destroy a village. It has only been used once, when Toko's body was taken over by the Kaku personality.

Biography;

Kaku was born on the day Toko gained his powers, the result of the torture and trauma the boy underwent when he was 'given' his powers. Years of repression has caused him to grow, deep within Toko's mind like a cancer. The addition of the negative energy that Toko had absorbed since the arrival of the Reioni acted like gas being poured on a fire. He has freed himself from the mental prison he has spent the last 14 years in and has completely dominated Toko's mind.

Completely insane, Kaku is much stronger than Toko, a result of having a deeper connection with Toko's abilities and subconscious. He is extremely psychical in combat and rapidly transforms in combat, something Toko did only on occasion. His only goals are to spread fear and pain to everyone, to cause as much death and destruction as possible. He is cunning and devious, willing to use any tactic or ploy to achieve victory.
