Contrary to what you see in the picture, Darkseid has a red Templar Emblem on the center of his forehead, which represents the Supreme Overlord position as he is the only one authorized to have it.

Biography:
During his time served in the armed forces, he volunteered for scientific enhancements after being wounded fighting insurgents. These upgrades included the altering and augmentation of his physiology; bionics in particular, encompassing biology, neurosciences, mechanics, electronics and robotics. After the one month surgery was achieved, Darkseid’s attributes is now at superhuman capacity, utilizing electronic devices and mechanical parts to intricate tasks that would be too dangerous for an ordinary human to handle. With these enhancements, it's rumored that he can single-handedly take down entire squads of enemy units. He's absolutely superior to human beings; smarter, faster, stronger, just undeniably more combat efficient. His volley of upgrades includes artificial eyes with zoom, night and infrared vision, being able to spot a target the size of a rabbit from miles away with extreme clarity. His Bionic arms and legs give him the strength capacity to effortlessly lift several tons without a strain on his muscular systems. His upgrades include an array of sensors that analyze pressure and damage, so he can calculate movement or what areas have been struck by an object or need repair.
With a bionic upgrade and the advantageous features that come with having both organic and magnetic parts, Darkseid has "Quantum-level intellect", tremendously enhancing his memory and understanding of physics and calculation as well as a widespread of knowledge of technology, leadership, languages and warfare. He's synced with a Superconducting Quantum Computing Neural Network that allows for him to even overpower some of the most advanced cyber-defense systems and has the ability to process several thousand terabytes of information within a millisecond. He possesses the ability to interface, manipulate, and communicate with nearly all forms of technology, allowing his integrated technological systems to detect, interpret and send his thoughts through a network to the proper recipient -- just like how a human brain works, but much more proficient. To escape certain death, he’s able to literally upload his consciousness into another computer system, like an RX4 Android until another host for his body is available. His complete memories and database are saved at 3 distant Top-Secret locations within Solar Oligarchy of Odessa to literally develop a replica of Darkseid if great harm was to come to the original.
His personality is described as an “acquired taste” and boastful. He speaks very highly of Solar Oligarchy of Odessa and he will do whatever it takes to keep the nation powerful, lucrative, and noticed throughout the universe. He has a very short temper and very direct, bold, and rational with the actions he make and words he choose. He's intrigued with the strategic nature of war, utilizing his knowledge and experience to keep the Harbringers as a ubiquitous, versatile military force. He’s condoned the use of torture and has tortured people before and jump started the infamous Rack Facility program which utilized methods such as a rack torture device to literally pull a female prisoner apart, having her feel excruciating amount of pain until the moment she died. He felt no remorse. In fact, he actually laughed about it with Litaya, who was standing nearby taking notes as it happened.
In addition to his power and pride, Darkseid was born and raised in a military environment; getting trained throughout his life, becoming psychologically brainwashed from a young age, knowing pretty much nothing but military life. Darkseid knows the value in strategy and deceit to gain the upper hand. He had intensive training throughout his life, being on par with an elite Bionic Special Forces unit program, even trained to pursue combat in practically all types of environments they have to offer. He's very adventurous and pursues inter-nation trade and business. Nations such as ZION Ltd™, Crimson Red Empire, Galactic Colonel Federation, Damascus Empire, and Order of Vida were all nations/empires that Darkseid was quite fond of. He also had front line encounters with hostile nations such as The Cruise (ran by Cheran), SEALs, RNM, MPD, Stormwolves, and a few others. He's an elitist that has a high enough ego to attempt to seek dominant power over an entire Universe.
☠Anatomy:
Now being more machine than man, his skeletal is structured with titanium-steel while his artificial tissues are structured with Graphene, allowing him to retain being lightweight and with human-like appearance. He has a Superconducting Quantum Computing Neural Network and Nano-wiring interlaced with niobium-titanium as a superconductive cooling system and the continuum of energy levels with no resistance. His mechanical upgrades feature integrated communication and tough Nano & Titanium components with latchment points for the artificial musculature which are powered by electrical stimulation. The combinations of these separate pieces are all magnetically attracted together for sealing and reinforcement, due to the scientific advances in microscopic construction. Darkseid is capable of moving his joints in ways that would be seemingly impossible for any normal human, which is aided by artificial liquid steel lubrication which allows each joint to have a massive degree of rotation. The neck is capable of up to 260° rotation, and the torso is capable of up to 220° rotation, and his joints show extremely little degradation when moving at high speeds, allowing him to run at excessive speeds up to about 40 miles per hour for brief periods of time. Darkseid’s body is integrated with magnetic stabilizers, which allow the magnetic properties to attach to anything with a magnetic property, enabling him to be able to walk on walls, vehicles, Starship Hulls, etc. The outfit also has magnetic strips which are very small and powerful magnets located on the legs, waist, and back center, and used to hold any equipment with a magnetic property -- which is very useful for mounting weapons.
☠Synthetic Eyes
Both of Darkseid's eyes are synthetic and defensively-alloyed in 8mm thick of Transparent Aluminum Oxynitride. These synthetic eyes have integrated targeting systems which include a range-finger, target and facial recognition, and allowing Darkseid to simultaneously see in Night Vision, Thermal, Transparent, and able to digitally zoom in his range of vision with minimal loss of definition, to capture important details such as facial features, weapon contraband, or any other small object of interest from up to several nautical miles. The outfit he's wearing has 6 miniature cameras (3 on each shoulder) that's synched with Darkseid's targeting systems to allow him to have a near 360° sight. He's also able to see and process light signals (photons), which increases his reflexes massively, because with his Quantum Computing Neural Network for optic sensors, it means he can see and process information even faster than Superman. Let it be known that Darkseid contains a voice box and a microphone near it, which allows him to amplify the sound of his voice 10xs which is sometimes useful during battle. Any status readings can be broadcasted through his communication systems to command units for combat monitoring.
☠Computing System:
Now being predominantly a machine, Darkseid is synched with a nifty Superconducting Quantum Computing system which is really advanced -- a miniature one compared to the type we use in our warships. Darkseid's Quantum Computer enables traits such as; instinct, learning, logic, communication, knowledge, coding, decoding, information processing, strategizing, mathematical optimization, and many more. The design of the Quantum Computing system is flawless, even using entanglement as a potential way of making accurate measurements. This also works by using subatomic particles to our advantage; harnessing electrons as they spin, allowing us to read that information. Altogether, these technological innovations are also correspondingly convenient in support of Radio Frequency signal processing, optical sensors, integrated optics, and Nano photonics (light), ultrafast nanotechnology and other types of devices. Like a human, Darkseid's main intellectual and data capability (Quantum Computing Neural Network systems) are located in an armored skull where the human brain would be, like a replacement. It still carries out the functions of a human brain such as perception of sensory impulses, memory, consciousness and more. The liquid nitrogen vapors keep the Quantum Computing System cool and the vapors have to be refilled at least once per week.
☠Power Core:
His power core is a miniature integrated Zero Point Module (ZPM), which is scientifically the most potential energy source in existence. It's vastly strong and supplies him with an inexhaustible supply of free energy in great magnitude at any given place in the known universe. The miniature ZPM power core is about 6 inches tall and 4 inches wide, with a circular base and no moving parts to wear out. The ZPM houses a pocket of subatomic wormholes which constantly erupts (opens) and collapses (closes), fading in and out of 'Zero Space', thus drawing and pumping the energy out with the help of superconducting nanotechnology and circuits for distribution. The ZPM contains an artificially created region of Zero Space from which this power is drawn, and the entropy features will automatically refill the discharged dipole to seek equilibration, replenishing more potential energy within nanoseconds, using magnetic fields as a method of extraction. This means Darkseid has a presumably endless supply of free energy and won't overload or leave behind waste products -- no pollution of any kind. Zero Point Energy is the primordial energy source; it's free, inexpensive, clean, and useful to do work in the form of electricity, heat, mechanical energy, high energy photons, and other forms of power. His integrated miniature ZPM has a maximum output of 20 Gigawatt and is used to make sure his systems are working to their full potential as needed. In addition, his Zero Point Module power core has an advanced Power Amplifier that work by defusing the longitudinal element from the interrelation of electrical flows or magnetic fields, and then intensifying it scalar to thwart waves again, amplifying the power output of the ZPM by up to 10 times. Let it be known with Darkseid's Quantum Computing Neural Network, he can control the output of his power plant. It's located in his body where the human heart would be, as a replacement.
☠ Back Mounted Assault Rifle
Mounted on his back, he wields a semi-automatic, M80A1 Gauss Rifle with its barrel slanted upward to his right at a 15 degree angle. The weapon is reliable, user-friendly and constructed with Tungsten Carbide interlaced with Aluminum and Steel alloys to avert weapon instability and is fully constructed to thwart corrosion, jamming, filth, dampness and radiation. This weapon works by using a series of 12 electromagnetic coils as a source of kinetic energy, to energize, magnetize, and expel Tungsten Alloyed, monomolecular-pointed 7.92x57mm rounds at the velocity of 14,000 meters per second by the time it has left the barrel. Due to the high velocity of these rounds, they're known to literally cause impacted areas to "explode into glittering fragments" with visually seen shockwaves upon impact. The rifle has a 5 pound trigger system and the firing mechanism is accomplished via an electrical pulse action using magnetic rails within a graphite fiber sheath. The weapon incorporates a rotating breech, which can be manually or electronically opened with a cocking handgrip in the upper receiver and has a thumb selector allows the operator to switch between single, two-round burst or fully-automatic firing modes. The weapon has a rate of fire of 600 rounds per minute and a 30 round magazine clip. The chassis of the weapon is 33 inches overall and has a 22 inch barrel. The effective range is up to 7000 meters and maximum range of about 10 kilometers based on Earth's calculations. Lastly, the firearm also has four solar-rechargeable Lithium Ion Batteries Rails to power up the weapon's motor machinery for a typical 200 shots before requiring a recharge. Darkseid carries 10 additional fully loaded ammunition clips for the firearm -- 4 Armor Piecing (Tungsten Alloy), 5 Iridium-Pointed Standard Lead clips, 1 Frangible. The rifle also has a weapon mounted flash light, which is a streamlight Rail Grip Clamp system with the range of up to 100 feet.
☠Targeting Systems:
Darkseid is fully integrated with the Cooperative Engagement Capability (CEC) network which uses high processing technology to quickly and efficiently amass data collected from multiple different units into a single, real-time tracking system. The CEC system, otherwise referred to as “Cross Communication System” is a targeting system that makes an enemy easily identifiable by vividly highlighting the bodies/hull of detected hostiles red-orange; green for Harbringer/TDA units; blue for allies/friendlies; yellow for neutral/unknown/civilians, and makes them all glow their specified color through HUD, which can be used as an aiming reticule for features such as Auto-Lock and aim assist. With an integrated CEC system, Darkseid doesn’t have to wait until his own sensors detect an enemy to engage and as an alternative he can depend on the shared sensor linkage, thereby reducing the amount of time necessary to engage a foe. On this shared network, intelligence is shared about each marker; Name, Speed, Distance From, Height, Faction, and relative information. Due to Darkseid’s size, he wields several small sensors that are still acute enough to gather clear-cut information about the contiguous environment, enabling detection of ultraviolet emissions, locating systems (radar), heat signatures, electronic noise, high-frequency transmissions, and directed sound, effective up to about 750 meter radius -- although it can be focused on a smaller area to increase the range significantly. His sensors work by emitting a “ping” of energy every .75 seconds and allow images of detected objects to be assembled (radar and LIDAR). Detected objects will also have information processed such as its velocity, distance from, height, width, etc.
☠ Sidearm
Near the left side of the Darkseid's waist contains a preloaded handgun inside of its holster with 2 additional ammo clips. It's a Beretta M9, which is a Semiautomatic, 9×19mm Parabellum pistol with the muzzle velocity of 381 m/s (1,250 ft./s) and has the effective range of 50 meters. It utilizes 14 round magazines and the gun has iron sights attachment. It fires High Explosive Incendiary (HEI) steel rounds for armor piercing and they contain a cavity filled with a small amount of low chemical explosive depending on the velocity and deformation of the bullet upon impact to detonate. The weapon is constructed with a Tungsten-Steel frame to avert weapon instability and is fully constructed to thwart corrosion, jamming, filth, dampness and radiation. The weapon also has a 4 pound trigger system and the safety switch is on.
