look @ your hand and hold it still
do the outline rly softly
fill in shadows and lines rly softly
then go over details a lil bit harder
until it looks ok to u

Just keep drawing hands either from looking at your own or pictures. Just over and over and over until your brain bleeds rainbow.

Look up hand tutorials on deviantart. There are hundres of differnt methods

Also not talking about drawing disembodied hands lol.

Drawing full body and not knowing how they look with looking like a claw or weird looking. Also how to draw holding stuff.

You either understand how to draw it right away or you gotta slug through endless practicing.
