Tektek actually has been down in the past.

Avi builder will be back up. They either have to fix some bugs or make the tweaks people have been clamouring for.

Besides Gaia didn't own or s**t down Tektek. Tekton did because he was asked to take his advertisement for recolor.me off of Tektek that had Gaia's code.

It's never coming back. Now someone more intelligent can do the same as Tektek. Just someone who won't try to advertise a competitor on the site with Gaia's items and code.
