I suggest you look up "adobe illustrator drawing tutorial" and see which way works best for you c:

personally i use paint tool sai for drawing. and photoshop for editing.

Illustrator is better for cleaner lineart hand down.

It depends on what you mean by 'drawing' though;

I uninstalled Illustrator because I didn't like it. I use Sai instead.
