tbh i dont see how it would make u run faster

like when i run i use my arms weight 2 propel me forward i dont see myself getting anywhere if they are just dead in the wind lookin like the american a flag

p.s i ask this coz im watching naruto

Actually, for stealth running especially through the forest, you run with one hand held up sideways in front of your face to prevent limbs and such from hitting you. Thumb towards your nose and pinkie facing out sorta thing so you can still see where your going.

Your other arm goes behind you so it's out of the way and you can maneuver better by making yourself a slimmer target.

there was a kid that ran like that the first week of cross country my junior year of hs.

he got bitched at by the coach, he said swinging your arms helps blood flow or some s**t like that
so your supplying sufficent oxygen to your muscles and you wont tire out as fast? im too lazy to google it so im just sticking with that.
