ah yes, the feeling of being manic but still constantly second guessing yourself although you can't seem to quite stop what you're doing.

Mania is the opposite.

Sad that people with bipolar disorder never know what it is.
Also, you only experience one type of mania, unless you have
bipolar type 1. But for that, you have to be homicidal, not suicidal.

well i apologize for my lack of understanding as i have only been diagnosed earlier last month after a few years of never being quite honest with doctors and a couple hospitalizations, i've been trying to understand and be more vocal about trying to fix something i thought i could handle myself. i was diagnosed with bipolar 2
