So I was on the Battle Spot this morning, and in two separate battles I noticed something weird. In the first battle, a Gardevoir was sent out and it had a small red glow around the center of its sprite then disappeared, but I figured it was just me seeing the red spike on it out of the corner of my eye. Until the next battle when someone sent out an Arceus. Again, the red glow appeared around the center of the sprite before vanishing. Does anyone know what this means/had this happen to them?

It might be what happens if the pokémon's gotten the contest ribbon entry animation. Think that's what you're describing.

Edit: Nvm about pokerus. I just checked Slowking's summary, and it turns out he has the animation because he's a contest star rofl
