From what i can gather.....

B R A I N is a trollish kinda persona who has a distinct look, and is somehow very wealthy, allowing htem to buy up a lot of item tickets, which they use to make a lot of glowing gold items and items in their image. Lady Shi is their girlfriend i guess?? And is party to B R A I N's shenanigans.

so being distinct and harmlessly trollish, they have a sort of cult of personality from ppl who finds them amusing.

Usually i dont care either way but the banner is a bit much even for me. crying
