when i was younger i did not get it every month
now i do.....and i think its because im healthier or something
but i wasnt unhealthy b4 so its normal not to get ur period every month?

I'm pretty sure most females would say no because periods for them is like shark week.

yes you're suppose to get it every month because thats your body's way of cleansing itself
however some people don't get it every month but that's normal to them it just depends on the person
like my friend gets hers every 2-3 months but i get mine every month

i started my period when i was 13, and became a vegetarian at 14.
i wasn't getting enough nutrients bc i wasnt educated on what to eat
im still veggie but i know what foods to eat to give me energy now.

That's why, periods are hard on the body and since you were malnourished your body basically focused nutrients and such on s**t that you needed to get done.

It's because when you're younger and your hormones are all over the place, your periods can be irregular. It's perfectly normal throughout adolescence. Be worried if it's the same way after twenty-five.
