Hmm...stupid idea time. Brock is going in for the kill against Reigns. Taker's music hits. He's standing on the runway. Brock freaks out and Reigns capitalizes. Taker takes his hat off and its revealed to be Rollins. Lesnar snaps. He beats the ever loving hell out of Reigns in the ring and then makes his way up the ramp but the Authority sends out security and the locker room to escort Lesnar out and saying he's facing felony assault for what he just did to Reigns. Rollins waltzes down to the ring and cashes in on Reigns.

And now a few words from Vince Russo.

It actually wasn't that bad. He talked about how the wrestling fans will watch the product and b***h on Tuesday, so it doesn't matter if Roman gets booed because they'll still come back to watch. But you need to push Roman because he brings in the other fans like the women. Then let him face Lesnar at Mania, win, let him cut his own promos, and if he succeeds, great. If he fails, move onto someone else. I think that was basically it in a nutshell.

Actually, the complete lack of understanding of wrestling fans, or fans of anything in general, is a strong indication that it is Russo booking. His "they'll be back next week" attitude just shows how clueless he really is. There is a limit when it comes to not enjoying the product. And sure, wrestling fans can take a LOT of bad booking and keep coming back...but there's obviously a limit, because the ratings aren't nearly as strong as they were in the 90s.

So, he starts off poorly...which should be obvious because it screams of how he booked in WCW and TNA. And then his justification for pushing Reigns....he brings in women? Yeah...not really. He's not THAT attractive. He kind of looks like a cave man...one that was hit repeatedly in the face with a stick. But, for argument's sake, let's pretend like women do find him attractive....that doesn't mean they're going to tune in for three hours of RAW every week.

And then we get to his "this is how I'll book Reigns" thing...and again, it screams of idiocy. Not only does he not book him (saying "have him win" is not booking), he then says to let Reigns do a promo....THAT'S THE LAST THING HE SHOULD BE DOING. He's not good on the mic, except in short bursts, generally in response to someone. They should do as much to keep him the silent, tough guy as possible. Make it so that, when he does say something, it means something. And saying "well, if it fails, we'll move on" does nothing to help Roman and only hurts him and the product in the long run. Maybe I'm alone on this, but I think fans are ******** sick of start-stop pushes for guys who last a month in the main event picture. WWE needs to build stars...and stopping pushes is not helping that.
