Snowflake amounts haven't picked up in amount on either inventory or event page and i have been fighting the dragon for hours now and i have been collecting the snowflakes .. also it does not match on amounts inventory vs event page

Can I get a refund for that 15gc that i spent beating level 10? I'm serious, because now i have to go back and play the whole damn thing again, and pay nearly 100gc more to get back to level 11 again.

(Fafnir appreciates a good burninating of the countryside. He does his best to spit a small jet of flame at a nearby cottage, but the flame sizzles out when it hits the iced over thatch. The Bug
Try to explain in your problem detail.
I played Winter Switchem 2k14 and got past level 10. Level 11 failed to load and I did not get the item grant. I also paid some Gaia Cash for it too. I don't expect a refund on that. Just whatever reward I was supposed to get after completing level 10
