Hello! I thought it would be helpful to have a place for people to submit their queries in advance for the next Ask the Staff event. Feel free to post your questions here, questions answered will go in OP of the next event. For those of you who's questions did not get answered, you may post your question here.

Please be sure to follow the Rules and Guidelines posted below. These apply not only to this thread by all Ask the Staff events!

  1. Please keep your posts constructive.
    Posts that are overly abusive towards management, staff or other members of the community will be deleted without warning. Gaian's who are overly negative in Ask the Staff may be permanently removed from participation in this and future events.

  2. One question per post.
    Please only ask one question in your post. Asking more than one question in your post may result in your post getting skipped for not following this.

  3. Repeat posts will be deleted.
    Please only post your question once. Repeated posting of the same question may result in the additional posts being deleted. This is to help keep the noise in the thread down and allow questions by others to be seen.

  4. Do not post support issues.
    Do not post issues regarding account bans, billing issues, warnings, and other support issues. Instead, please file a ticket about them at our Help Center. Questions about support issues may result in your post getting skipped.

  5. Not all questions will be answered.
    This may occur because at present- they do not have an answer, it was already answered, because it was missed, or because the proper format was not followed in posting the question.

  6. The thread may get locked periodically.
    Should the thread posts grow faster than we can handle, we may temporarily lock the thread while we catch up. We will post if the lock is because of us catching up, or due to the event being over.

So, that Mystery Black Box for the Black Friday Sale...if for some reason it remains sitting in someone's inventory unopened or is still for sale on the Marketplace after the sale is over, what will happen to it?

Manga

Lots of long-running manga series produce character data books that contain fun tidbits like the birthdays, likes, dislikes, and abilities of the various characters along with plot and setting summaries and more in depth information. I know that producing a physical book would be out of the question, but would there ever be any possibility of doing something like that for Gaia's NPCs in an electronic format?

Not really a question, but I just wanted to say how much I enjoyed having the NPCs posting/responding to users in threads about the mint tickets. It was a lot of fun, and I'd love to see it happen more often!

Last year on Halloween we had a battle system that involved classes and was really fun. Any answers to why it hasn't come back or be made into a feature?

Features - Towns/Housing

The robot in housing commission is still set to let you "place"/"move" your house in Towns. But, with the whole that not being an option anymore it's been causing users some problems.
Could you guys possibly update that, remove the option, maybe provide a little info-guide on how to place houses in Towns 2?

First off, thank you so much for all the new [Animal] items lately, it's amazing and much-appreciated.

Secondly: Back during that Lightning Tier Reward thing you'd had an item sneak-peak with the [Animal] pictures (well actually a couple). We still haven't seen any release of one of them. Are you planning to release it soon?

          Manga

          At the end of the Return chapter of the manga we were given a post chapter splash page saying the Airship Saga would return in November. We then were given last week the mini comic that we were promised from the manga gold sink, which was placed in the Airship Saga section of the manga page. However, that post chapter splash page promising more to the Airship Saga is still at the end of the Return chapter. Will there be more chapters added to the manga or is the mini comic it?

Any chance of getting the price of the [Animal] furs in Skin Tyte lowered? Given that many of them are showing up in RIGs which can be purchased for much much cheaper than the price being asked for the individual furs it seems really pointless to be asking up to 3,500 GCash for one fur

Can we get more Expiration dates on Tickets?

I think having them expire would be a good thing to help promote use of the ticket rather then hoarding of tickets.

Can you guys dial it back on the announcements?

Seriously, last night, I went to bed, woke up 6 hours later and had 9 announcements.

Three of which were for the SAME ITEMS.

Just because you were down a weekend, doesn't mean you gotta catch up. It's a bigger turn off for the cash shop to see an ad for an item 4 times in one day. You folks were doing AMAZING with a once a day update!
