Cleaning houses that are nearby.

I think there are more though..

all of those things require some form of transportation, which again, i dont have, hence the work FROM HOME aspect.

Maybe data entry, but it'll pay s**t. If you have skills, you could freelance as a programmer or a web designer

There's no real decent paying jobs that you can do from home that aren't specialised by skill. Otherwise everyone would do it

Like I said, go look for data entry jobs you can do online. Or maybe doing arts and craft on etsy. Selling stuff on ebay? Learn some skills that are valuable online. Those are pretty much your only options for work *at* home

Create art/graphics and sell it on CafePress.com or however that works.
Create literally anything and sell it on ebay.
Create a youtube channel with original content and make money from ads and stuff.
Create art and sell it on blogging sites.
Offer to run/create websites for companies.
