Zy -- College towns tend to have quite a few. Though a lot of my knowledge just comes from being a neopagan and looking around for a good place or two to get supplies. Salem has some really interesting ones, actually ... I think they do it to make up for their history (though the Salem of now isn't actually the city that the witch trials took place in -- that's Danvers).

One of my exes was also neopagan and introduced me to one or two in my hometown. I haven't bothered to find any in the city I'm currently in because I'm fairly set for supplies and I can pick up colored candles and scented oils just about anywhere. I've had my basic tools set up for ages, not that they see much use. I'm not nearly as determined to pay attention to the turning of the seasons and the phases of the moon as I used to be.
