Sadly I don't have an after and just a before

Seeing before and after pictures seem to motivate me the most
Seeing what other people have accomplished shows it's actually possible

That's January of 2013 to October 2013.
I'm far from done where weightloss is involved.
however, switching to a vegetarian diet/vegan diet on alternating weeks
lowering soda consumption as well as bread and alcohol.
and quitting smoking cigarettes caused this.
I do very little exercise.
I feel like if I did exercise I would lose much more.

I still got about another 90 I want to lose. Than I'll be at 200...seems like the more weight I lose I keep changing my goal weight. lol

I also have flappy skin... I find that working out helps it look better, but I mostly just dress so that it doesn't show... oddly it's helping me learn to like myself again after having to work so hard to lose weight... it's helping me realize that I can't be in control of everything, and I have to accept the things I cannot change. It's shrinking a little on its own over the past three years, but I don't know if it will ever go away. Anyway, it's part of me.

i hear it's important to stay hydrated and eat a lot of foods that are good for your skin, so that it retains its elasticity. also lose weight slowly - dont be in a rush - because if you do it too quickly your skin wont catch up so well. keep goin, youre doing awesomely smile
