your line art great.
but the texture hurt my eyes.The dot/hacks w/o color is bad.
I suggest adding shadow, colors & other texture

it's cute, though it looks like the typical anime style to me.

i agree that it needs some work on screentone.

i also think her breasts look very odd. she looks young, and her breasts are sagging.

other than that, it looks like it could be a panel in a manga, it's cute!
