I am making an avi art guild and I need a banner!! I will pay for them. The amount will be what I think it is worth. I really have no specifications however it advises the banner to be 200x40 pixels so that is the only restriction. If you could make it colorful, that would be great. And if you would like to make a copy of it that's larger for my signature that moves, I will pay extra.
