What happens when the whole world falls to darkness? No more power, no more internet, no more vehicles, nothing, everything that the human race strives for lost. Not many people would survive, especially those whom never took the time to learn any kind of survival skills which would rule out a large portion of the population. Government, doesn’t exist anymore, anarchy has taken its place. All public leaders are either missing or no longer in existence, its more common to see ‘gangs’ or just groups of people trying to stay alive usually with a common leader. The world is full of followers, and it’s up to many to find the strongest leader, and some of the leaders are just looking for the strongest followers.

This story is based around a family that isn’t prepared for any sort of post apocalyptic society. The Valentino’s are a very wealthy family as a matter of fact. The only thing they have that’s going to get them anywhere are the few not so technical arrangements in their large house on an acre of land. A family who was addicted to their computers and apple products, without many hobbies, might not survive very long in such a world.

A few scavengers had come across this family at various times, and decided to team up with the family. Whether its for the amount of goods they had stocked, or to be genuinely nice and help them out, that is up to you, the roleplayer to decide.

It's been 45 days since the power outage. There's not much food left in the house, and firewood is only half way depleted. Thank god it's summer and doesn't get too cold at night.

Laverna, Zaiden, and April will start off at a campsite they have put together, preparing to move forward in search of a more stable shelter, but not until Claudio finds them can anyone move from the shelter... This will be the first time they meet him.

Raelyn, Faith, Elliot, Gavin, Mom, and Dad will start off at the house or in the vicinity of the house. They live on 5 acres, so there's a lot of room to be anywhere. The house has more than enough room for everyone. Gavin has been with the family for about 2 weeks
