My First Sonic game. Of course Chemical Plant was my favorite, great music and very fast. I always referenced the Mega Mack as pink lemonade, my favorite drink.

Mystic Cave was funky and creepy, with traps and enemies around every corner. I always imagine MC being a underground club.

Emerald Hill, Hill Top, and Aquatic Ruin were very plain levels, but fun notheless.

I have a Love/Hate feeling toward Metropolis mainly cuz of its enemy placement and 3 acts. (which I dont like as much as 2 acts)

Oil Ocean is very underated, is very cool and not to complex. Sky Chase and Winged Fortress are meh to me, more so with SC.

Sooo. Whats your favorite Sonic 2 Level?

Oh man, I loved every level except Chemical Plant (hated the water areas!) and anything past Oil Ocean (because that's where I started really dying a lot)... I never legitimately beat Metal Sonic, lol. I think my particular favorite was Mystic Cave, partly for the music. My sister's favorite was always Hill Top.
Sonic 3 was my favorite, but I still have a looooooot of childhood memories with Sonic 2 as well, wow! <3

Had to go with Mystic Cave Zone. If not for the feeling of depth you got (since it wasn't just a straight-ahead speedway for Sonic to blaze across at top speed), then for the amazing music.

Hill Top Zone was fun too, though.
