Personality: In his humanoid form, Kaz tends to be docile yet cold when he isn’t spouting out sardonically blithe retorts to the assertions of his comrades (especially regarding the weather). At other times, the fervor of his antipathy drives him to surpass what may or may not combat him in order to reach the indistinct future he sometimes wishes to pursue. In his level one demonic form (pic on left), Kaz becomes more in touch with his decisive side, allowing him to make the choices he is bereft of as a human; but only after the blood of a virgin has stained his butt-cape is he able to become aware of his opinion. In his mega-ultimate-super demon form (pic on right), Kaz experiences nothing but the feeling of profound regret, which can only be evoked during times of fierce battle, as this is the only instance in which he is able to remember his dark past.

Back Story: When Kaz was born, his father became enraged at the fact that he is really 3 and a half demons in one, and devoured his mother, and him soon after. During his time in the stomach, Kaz met his older brother Edamame, who was consumed 30 years earlier for having an attraction to young children. At the age of 3, Kaz pulled the Dragoon sword from the wall of his father’s abdominopelvic cavity, enabling him to cleave his captor in half and escape. At the time, Edamame was taking a nap, and hadn’t realized his home was going under rigor mortis, and remained in his father’s carcass until after it had been buried. Fortunately, Edamame could easily claw his way to the surface from the depths of his father’s grave, but was furious with his younger brother; as he now smelled like graveyard dirt and could not get the stains out of his lapel. He swore to track down Kaz and take the Dragoon sword for its magical properties. Meanwhile, Kaz spent his days pillaging, stealing, and terrorizing villages, until he fell in love with a beautiful water goddess living inside the Spring of Perpetual Lasciviousness. She fell for him at one glance, and gave to him a magical robe woven from the pubic hairs of 40 ancient samurai that would protect him from any harm as long as he held with him the virtues of love and self-control. Soon after, he raped her and his clothing burst into flames. However, a divine guardian descended upon the spring and infused the cloth with delicate silver embroidery, nullifying the spell of the other woman. The angel, named Lady Godiva, explained to Kaz that the other woman was a Phoenix disguised as her in order to steal the holy Yonkon jewel and feed it to their leader, ending the war of ages at the angels expense. Kaz was unsure as to whether or not Lady Godiva had asked him to do anything about the tale he just heard, but was thankful, nevertheless, for the pretty new design on his robe. He bid his new friend adieu, and started the journey that he was not entirely sure was his duty to complete. While in Russia, in the rice paddies, Kaz heard a low growl as he proceeded through the sopping expanse of land before him. He then felt a sharp pain on his leg, and discovered that he had stepped on a tiger! Because this beast so closely resembled the figure embedded in his outfit, Kaz named him Uyeda and together, they continued their search for the Yonkon jewel. After many years of searching, Kaz returned empty-handed to Lady Godiva, and she tried really hard to remember who he even was. When he became exasperated at her impudence, she recalled the fact that after their initial meeting, she had become pregnant with his demon child, but lost it soon after birth to a man named Edamame, who engulfed the babe in one bite, and scurried off muttering something about revenge. The angel became infuriated and turned Kaz into a stump, where he remained for 75 years. When Mikukuru freed Kaz from his wooded prison, they continued once again on the journey for the Yonkon, in hopes that either of them could remember what they were doing.
