I have no idea but I my supervisor reckons it must've been a wooden seat since bacteria grows more easily around it. My legs would probably go numb or something. It's like WTF?!

the only possible answer i can come up with is that the so called fat from her a** became suctioned to the seat and over the 2 years just sitting there and eating her a** became bigger widening around the seat
