Attention Gaia merchandise customers: due to some trouble with our warehouse and fulfillment center, we're going to have some frustrating shipping problems for the next week or so. Argh!
We're in the process of an unexpected switch to a different warehouse company, which means that we have to physically lift up and haul all of our merchandise to another place. During that time, we won't be able to mail out anyone's orders or provide tracking info on anyone's packages. Obviously, this problem only applies to physical merchandise and doesn't affect the Cash Shop or virtual items in any way.
To help numb the pain, we'll be including free Gaia Gold certificates with any orders that are delayed by these problems. You can redeem them for a little bit of free walkin'-around money-- anywhere from 100 Gold to a couple thousand.
You can still order stuff from the Gaia Store during all this nonsense, but we won't be able to ship it out to you until we get our warehouse situation under control. We hope to have this snag cleared up sometime next week.
