There is no black and white, my man.

You try telling/finding a stranger, and confessing to them. You'll either have found someone who 1. tells on and gets you locked up, so they can have meds shoved down your throat. 2. Be known as that person thinking about killing themselves. 3. Find someone who helps you.

And don't get me wrong, faimly will do the same thing as the things I listed. Once you're seen as different,, many events can take place. Some even at the time.

Some don't even know they're misguided.

Don't confess to a total stranger....But someone that can actually help.

How would one know they have found someone that can help, even if they aren't strangers?

Probably go to somewhere that they can help the person, pretty stupid to just ask a stranger on the street, he'll think you've gone mad lol.

Anybody you don't know's a stranger. A doctor, a therapist, a psychiatric. But that's even if you can afford to get to any of these people.

Usually free if you need help, well in the UK it is, i'm not sure where you are from though.
