It took over two years and lots of dedication, but as of this morning I have lost thirty pounds (of fat) since my son was born in 2010.
It was not easy and there have been some minor and major setbacks along the way, but I kept my goals in sight and it finally paid off. Change of foods and watching the portions I eat have helped greatly, along with having a really active toddler as my personal trainer!
There still is a long way to go and a few health obstacles to overcome but I'm so much better than I was, and to be honest even though I rarely post here, this forum has really motivated me. heart
