I used to weight 134 lb. last year and now because of doing pilates (combined with walking my dog for 2 miles everyday) I found out that I dropped down to 124 lb from going to the doctor's office today. It's amazing how much weight that I've lost in just a few months. I even got to buy myself some skinny jeans that I never thought that would look great on me as a mini goal to myself. I've always been eating healthy but I never really exercised that much at all till I just got sick of having a hard time breathing and feeling worn out in my joints. My doctor was very impressed with my weight loss and thought that I went to the gym (I used Youtube pilates workouts).
