August 4th is when I lost 8 lbs in one day after going to Warped Tour and not eating, just walking in 97 degree weather with fluids throughout the day. smile
I only need 4.7lbs until i'm at my goal weight of 230 lbs!! smile
Are you going to try to loose any more weight after you reach 230 lbs? 230 is still in the unhealthy zone - but good luck and congratulations on your journey so far! Yeah I plan on losing more weight after I get to 230. I'm currently setting small goals to let the time pass quickly for me. I hope to get down to 150 eventually. smile Thanks you for the encouragement!
About me: I'm 17 years old and heading into my Junior year of high school and also starting my first year of college courses at the community college. I'm wanting to finally change my overweight body and get more healthy. I'm tired of not being able to buy clothes at the mall because they aren't in my size. This will be my log on my journey to a new me! I'm starting small with my goal weights and continuing on with them as I go along. My ideal weight to be at in the future is 150 lbs.
I've been overweight all my life. I remember being in Kindergarten and being excited that I weighted the most. Well, that's not the case anymore and I'm ready to be determined to lose weight.
