You can't be serious. The Raider's are a very long way from even batting their eyes at the superbowl. If there are improvements to be made with teams that didn't make it, then expect Atlanta or Seattle to make a run.

The Raiders are pretty far away from being contenders... hate to say it, but it needs to be said.

You need a better long term solution at quarterback, you need some better linemen, and your secondary isn't impressing anybody.
