A teacher's job is to teach. When they deal with such large numbers of students it surely becomes troublesome.

I work with an ex-teacher who quit teaching because he said it was too stressful. There were too many students in need of obvious help without the means to provide it.

There's obvious problems with schools. (Kids getting suspended for ridiculous things like writing poetry and wearing all one color or wrist-bands)

I hated school until I went to an alternative high school. Bullies and depression were the norm- and teachers... well... they are there to teach. :3 When I went to the alternative school, which was for "druggies, teen moms, mental cases, and drop-outs", well, I excelled. The teachers were actually there for you and tried to be your friend before being your teacher--and they had the time to do so, fewer students to deal with I guess.
