Whats the turn around for tickets to get accounts back?

.: [ Yoyo, I a while ago i tried to access one of my mules but it said it was blocked due to inactivity.
SO i logged a ticket.
I know that tickets are backed up and what not but I am hoping to get a correct estimate of when my account will be up and running or when the ticket will be looked at.
How long can I wait before PMing a mod for an update and what kind of mod do I PM?

Five months as we've heard here.

Don't waste your time PMing a moderator. They can only look up reports. Tickets are admin-level and PMing admins is quite difficult as well.
