What is a newbie?

Really, what is considered a newbie? I've been here for 6 years and people still call me a "nooooooob"

Newbie =/= noob on gaia.

Newbie on gaia is a new user, usually under 3-6 months on the site.

A noob is a derogatory term used for people the person using the term thinks is not smart or aware.

If people are calling someone that, they're being rude and if it's happening to you, you can if you wish, report them for abuse. If you don't want to go that far, of course you can simply choose to dismiss it. ^_^
