Question about RLC Broadcasting

So , i heard mixed things from other people.

Can you make a shop with the sole foundation of selling artwork for RLC commissions?
Can you place that you sell art for RLC in your signature ? With possible outgoing links?
AND Can you post around in other forums that you are selling for rlc ?

So a link to in your link or profile and minor things is ok, but not as the subject to a thread, but I imagine it would be ok to in an art shop to put- I also offer real commissions and here is my gallery and have links to those things but not focus on it
