you have to wait until it gets to 12 gaia time to carol to them

Well, you look at the top of screen and it says x-mas caroling at the top. you click it and wait 20 minutes then going to a different shopkeeper. you do this five times to get a pressie. But it only works from 12 am- pm GST(or other way around) You can see the time (gaia(GST) at the bottom of the map
