The email is enough of a start where you can file an Account Inquiry ticket to reaccess your account. Provide as much information as you can about the account in the ticket to help things go faster.
The less information you have, the longer account recoveries can take. Worst case scenarios are back logged 4-5 months right now due to the 60 day account deactivation/reactivation tickets (they require account recovery staff as well, so that backlog will affect your ticket).
