What does this appear to be? :Ⓠ Ⓤ Ⓘ Ⓒ Ⓚ on my macbook it's Q U I C K with circles around it. Does it appear the same on microsoft?

For some users it will, others it will show up as blank squares.
It will depend on what fonts they have on their computers, and even what browser they are using.

I can see it just fine when I am using my iPhone.

If someone's browser doesn't have the right character sets, it might appear as something else.
It works fine for me on Chrome on my Linux and Win7 computers.
(I think it should work on most modern configurations, you should ask what they're using if you're really worried)
