1; how do you use them?
2: where do you get them?

Like body dyes? You equip them and they change your skin color. You make them with inks.

Check that guide I put there. The Tattoo list.

You can make them using ink. You get ink from bugs.Bug to Ink Guide You get bugs from Towns.

Or you can go to the marketplace and just look for them. You will need a lot of gold especially for the white body dye.
