Yeaaahhh, I've dug around my options and I cannot find anything that allows me to disable community announcements--
they're really annoying, they completely fill up to 10, and I don't want to click through them just to have them build up again.

Is there a place where I can do that orrr....?

Outside of using third-party scripts to block them there is no way to disable the announcements.
