This is clearly not possible because Caches are not game items.

But I have an idea to solve this problem. What if Gaia just sells Cache as game items which can be convertable to the real Cache but it will be untradable to avoid redundancy in the market. This way, it will be a lot easier to sell and buy cache. (:
