Looking to hire a "bump manager"

OK, my friend and I are starting an art thread really soon and in this shop we hold prizes for bumps, and with this comes the temptation of cheating and skiping numbers, this is ok if its by one and it honestly is a mistake but we need someone to be a "bump nazi" as my friend puts it and make sure no one cheats. we wont be starting till sometime next week and we arnt sure what the pay would be yet, but I do have a little gold put away and could make it worth your time considering it wouldnt be too hard of a job.
