"Same here," he replied to Anna; which was true. Only things that actually hit him were the Ace and that ship; and admittedly the loss of his shield set him up for one hell of a wrecking experience from the ship hiding in the station. It was pure dumb luck said Ace hadn't turned his Guardian into scrap; at least that was what he was going with this time. He would have been singing a different tune if he were able to take her down in that state, maybe; but certainly not this time. He looks back at said machine when Anna commented on his able to return. "If you can call that one piece... " he muses, not meaning anything by it. "Lost count of the mooks, best I could do was force her away the first time and run the second. Disgraceful..." she could probably tell, with or without her psychic powers, that he was berating himself about how he responded the second time around.

He took pause and looked over towards the shuttle that arrived, unintentionally mimicking Tsoruya with crossing his arms. Oh, he knew full well that he and the others had been used as decoys. Alliance military was one thing, but the Celestial Guard? Decoys? He couldn't help but lift a brow, though, as he saw whom they were dragging through. "That's the ace?" he muses more to himself than anyone else at the moment, watching the bloody mess of a girl be pulled across the hanger; overhearing that she was heading to the med bay.

Glancing back at his guardian when she heard him Anna just looked it over for a minute before shrugging "one peice enough... not dead after all"" she said before she glanced at her own Gen-M "didn't count either, computer will tell later. and she good... thrashed most of our units, forcing her away is something after all... and she's captured now" she added before just continuing on her way. She just wanted to take a shower at this point and get out of her pilot suit. 'my gen-M handled fine, nothing I really need to tell the mechanics, they just need to re-arm it and replace the shield' she thought as she left the hanger.

a short while later she was in the shower, running a hand through her long hair as she shut off the water. Drying herself off and wrapping herself in a towel as she went to her locker. Opening it and quickly changing into her uniform before taking out her jacket,
staring at it for a minute before smiling and putting it on and adjusting it to make sure it was straight. Putting her scarf back on after that before closing the locker 'we're probably going to have a de-brefiing soon as to how the mission went overall, as well as be told how we where used as a distraction by whatever ghestal's group was doing' she thought to herself as she left the locker room.
