EDIT: Spider bites are two lip piercings next to each other on the same side of the lip.

Snake bites are one lip piercing on each side of the lower lip.

I'm freaked out to get snake bites, because if I did, me and my boyfriend's piercings would get stuck together in the heat of passion. xD

My brother's friend, Dave, has a piercing business and apparently an emo kid came in and askde for snake bites and Dave was like, 'No, they're just called two lip piercings mate'.
