help me figure out my eye shape { pics included }

lately i've noticed that it's been insanely hard
to draw a wing on my eyes. i've practiced a bit
but it never comes out. i even purchased the
new push up liner from benefit (which is wonderful)
but can't even do a proper wing with it. i've tried all
kinds of eyeliner from cream to liquid. it might just be
that i suck at it haha. but i think helping me find out
my eye shape might help in the long run..

Wide set, upturned eyes. My eyes are almond shaped, so rather than drawing the wing at the corners of my,which looks a lil too theatrical for me, I go a little above it.

There's not really a trick to it. Line your lid like in your 2nd picture. Draw the bottom line of the wing pointed at the angle you want and connect the top of the wing to the line you drew on the upper lid. Beyond that just experiment with liquid liner, gels, or using brush and eyeshadow. There's very many youtube videos on it and it does take practice to learn how to do nice looking wings. It's best to practice when you have nowhere to be. And they don't have to be the. exact. same. Just similar enough to look like they belong on the same face.
