Dear lord I'm a hot mess please help

I'm 25 years old, I still dress like I did in high school (jeans, tshirt, hoody, sneakers) I hate my fashion but I also hate what's in fashion because it all looks the same to me. I've never been very girly, I don't wear any kind of jewelry ever, nor makeup. I get so exasperated clothes shopping, I have social anxiety, I'm always drawn to the same colors and types of clothes, any attempts at going out of my comfort zone end in that garment long forgotten at the bottom of my closet. I don't have any friends that could help me in this. What the heck do I do, where do I even begin?
