Most other formatting stuff can be done using the buttons on the top, with a couple exceptions like lists...
If you use the search bar you may be able to find some BBCode guides, especially if you use Advanced Search to look in the Gaia Guides and Resources forum.
You could also ask the SQ&A forum for their favorite BBCode guides.
