Which image? Is it on this account's profile? (if not, please link to the affected profile)
We can use CSS to move the image to somewhere where you can click it, or just remove it using CSS maybe.
Also you can drag and drop the light blue edit menu on the right if it gets in your way.

PS:
Your signature image is waaaay over the 100,000 byte limit for signatures.
To help keep everyone's pages loading quickly, please remove/replace it with something smaller.
(GIFs have many frames, so it's like having a bunch of images in one so they get big really fast)
