I'd definitely, in this day and age, place it somewhere around upper mils...100m or so. Maybe more.

Although can I offer some critique? Usually when depicting someone with a tail, they usually protrude from around the end of the tailbone/out of the spine, so it could be somewhat higher : > Just a heads up~
