Like I think I put up a 5IV flawed shiny Shinx for a Bidoof. Just so that person felt great about their day. XD

Oh, really? And they traded it over WiFi and not infrared? Every thing I have read says it is since it wasn't given out as a shiny event.
I got the event code one, I have a shiny one that I forced shiny with Powersave. I'll have to test it later today between my game and my wife's.
Or just clone it and wondertrade.

yeah... dont quote me on it since i dont know how she got her shiny because it wasnt through a code and all cloning has been done with the XY way of cloning, so not through wifi.

No matter how she cloned hers, this will tell me whether she can pass it around or not.

She could always, of course, trade it via infrared. My wife has a couple of shiny locked shinies. (Offline traded them to her on the couch lol)
If something is shiny locked it doesn't mean it can't be shiny. It just means that it's not possible to trade it over Wireless Communications at all. Imma test this when I get back from dropping my wife off. I'll let ya know if they are locked for trading or not~

ohhhhhh right. ive never cared much for legendary shinies so i've never looked it up (which are the ones that normally get shiny locked from the looks of it ). thanks for clearing that up ^^.

No. PS can't just change moves. It also cannot change names or turn a, say, Umbreon into an Espeon. It's let you edit certain aspects of a Poke'mon or grant yourself items, clone or make them shiny but there is no possible way to just change their moves. I also cannot change a Poke'mon's ability.

I can get you an Arceus, however, as you would like it around a certain level, it will only know Hidden Power. Also I am only able to change an IV spread to 0, 1, 30, or 31. I'm unable to choose any number but those few.
