I recently returned to Gaia, and these announcements pop up everytime I refresh a page. What is this even?!! mad

I used to read every single word in every single announcement. But now? Now I simply speed click through them, I don't even read them. I don't want that notification at the top.

I haven't seen an announcement I'd enjoy reading in months. I don't even read the Monthly Collectible announcements any more because I am so sick and tired of Gaia begging for my money that I've stopped caring! I haven't changed my avatar in nearly a year (except for tiny things) because I've stopped buying items on Gaia. And that's because they care more about quantity over quality lately.

I'm just...done. Begging should be beneath Gaia but clearly it isn't.
