This is an old one
entitled: "End Game"

Has the luminosity's flame yet to burnout
I seem to be more awake today
Does that bring up a clue to you or does it remind you to scratch on the door
For shame can't be blamed
Since that call has been heeded
So lame where's that shame in your face
Why ain't it showing?
Why have you abandoned me on that curve?
Com'on shed some tears you're not fair
This is no game that can be played twice
Remember there these rules of life
For if I have not shown you my wings
I could have not played your type of game
Don't you see this happens to be the ground
For which you walk on & the air you breathe ain't for me
It's for the shadows
You reflect on when you are not feeling well
How about realizing that you must knock
Before entering for it leads to one of two places
Heaven & hell can't you spell
Forget how you fell, that won't be compelled
I see that snare that kept the game no longer fair
Worship our lord, don't be so absorbed
That will be your final downfall
& you will not be able to get back up onto your feet
There was no rhythm beat
Why not let it be &
Fall back to sleep
